Aisling Camps offers returns / exchanges within 7 business days for unused, unworn items with their original tags and packaging. Postage costs are not refundable. After 10 days all sales are FINAL. All sale items are not refundable.

To begin your return process, please email info@aislingcamps.com and indicate the reason for the returned item. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. For international shipments Aisling Camps is not responsible for duty reimbursement.

Refunds will be issued using the same method through which you purchased through our website (credit card or PayPal). We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

Aisling Camps has the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
